Sr. Financial Analyst - Supporting CLS (commerce lifecycle services)

The Sr Financial Analyst will report to the Sr Finance Manager and serve as a business partner to the North America Commerce group within the Ingram Micro Commerce and Lifecycle Solutions (CLS) business unit.

Position Summary: 

- Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain business partners to develop and deliver Sales, Gross Profit, and Operating Expense forecasts

- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of NA Commerce accounting activities. These include revenue recognition, expense accruals, and working capital risk management (primarily AR)

- Support full P&L (Revenue, GP, OpEx) management in collaboration with cross-functional partners; including ongoing assessments of risks vs. opportunities
- Support Sales business partners in the evaluation of pricing decisions which may include CAPEX investment decisions to assess the return on investment

- Provide timely and accurate financial updates related to sales forecasts, margin analyses, operating expense budgets, and new business opportunities

- Ad hoc support for projects, presentations, and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or a minimum of 6+ years progressive experience.

Tools & Database Expertise:
Hyperion Financial Planning, SAP, Power BI, MS Access a plus

Complex to advanced level of knowledge in Excel (formula development and manipulation of data)
