We are looking for a full time, Human Resources Administrator/ Recruiting Coordinator to be part of our team in Miami, FL team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing the highest recruiting coordination and onsite human resources support to Ingram Micro leaders for our LATAM Advanced Solutions and Export business.
We are hiring a proactive, responsible, self-starter, motivated to help hire, onboard and support associates and leaders in Miami. Additionally, this role will partner with HR and business leadership to flawlessly execute HR processes and programs throughout the associate lifecyle. May provide administrative support to business leaders (e.g., calendar, expense, meeting, other special projects).
