We are looking for a full time, Human Resources Coordinator to be part of our team in Miami, FL team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing the highest recruiting coordination and onsite human resources support to Ingram Micro leaders for our LATAM Advanced Solutions and Export business.

We are hiring a proactive, responsible, self-starter, motivated to help hire, onboard and support associates and leaders in Miami. Additionally, this role will partner with HR and business leadership to flawlessly execute HR processes and programs throughout the associate lifecyle. May provide administrative support to business leaders (e.g., calendar, expense, meeting, other special projects).


  • 2 plus years previous HR and recruitment experienced across a variety of disciplines preferably for software distribution and technology
  • Previous experience working as a HR or Staffing coordinator 
  • Experience using applicant tracking and HRIS systems, preferable Jobvite and WorkDay
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Motivated toward individual goals and process improvements
  • Sharp analytic and outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Solid ability to develop a rapport with associates and candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
