Comms-care is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help support our internal teams and growing number of Partners.
The role is largely administrative creating reports and interacting with customers on the phone, and email; it is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to move into an admin focussed role. No previous experience is needed other than a good foundation in using the Microsoft Office suite, as full training will be provided.
We are a Service organisation delivering a wide array of IT services to over 30,000 customers in the UK; the person in this role will act as an initial point of contact for customer queries and will create reports and PowerPoint presentations to support these services.

Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
