Service Delivery Administrator
Comms-care is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Service Delivery team and help support our internal teams and growing number of Partners.
We are a Service organisation delivering a wide array of IT services to over 30,000 customers in the UK; the Service Delivery Administrator will act as an initial point of contact for customer queries and will create reports and PowerPoint presentations to support these services.
The role is largely administrative creating reports and interacting with customers on the phone, and email; it is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to move into office work, customer service or service delivery. No previous experience is needed other than a good foundation in using the Microsoft Office suite, as full training will be provided

Location: Initially remote based with a view to being Office Based: (Lostock Gralam, Northwich, CW9 7UA) once covid restrictions allow.
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
