The Renewals Transformation Manager will lead the US renewals management platform strategy in alignment with our partner experience expectations and Ingram Micro’s strategic objective to provide an optimum, end to end actionable renewals management product that creates scale, the opportunity to introduce Up Sell/Cross Sell variable consumption models at time of renewal, successfully integrates into our partners operations environment with a focus on driving utilization, a heightened partner experience, entanglement and investment.
The Renewals Transformation Manager is responsible for managing the technology lifecycle of renewals services products, features, enhancements from conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review and release. Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the technology organization through market requirement documents and detailed functional specifications. Acts as product owner and primary point of contact and coordinates development and QA resources to successfully release new products on time and within budget.
The Renewals Transformation Manager leads development and feature expansion of today’s renewals management platform to an action oriented, feature full application that will span across multiple product sets and consumption models.
The Renewals Transformation Manager is the liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives, making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology, researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices), translating business requirements into application requirements. They provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing product, systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. .
The Renewals Transformation Manager will evaluate and adjust product strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets, identify and maintain relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc. and contribute to product development based on client needs.
The Renewals Transformation Manager develops the product’s strategic plan(s) to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. They may conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance , and translate results and findings into meaningful insights. The will analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may affect the product roadmap . They will utilize a strong understanding of business process analysis, workforce planning, and operational reviews, and collaborate across teams throughout the strategic planning process. The Renewals Transformation Manager will lead any other activities or tasks related to renewals management and transformation.
