Sr. HR Business Partner - ALC
We are in hiring mode for a full-time permanent Sr. HR Business Partner to join us at our Mississauga Advanced Logistics Centre (ALC) onsite.
You will be based in our main warehouse facility which is just over ½ million square footage, is a 24/7 operation, located near Hurontario and the 401. You will also support 3 smaller ALCs in the Peel area. We are an essential service and have implemented Health & Safety protocol the expectation for this role is to be onsite Monday to Friday.
We work a 37.5-hour work week, however, we need your flexibility during our inventory and peak seasons with 100% engagement.

You will be part of a dynamic Canadian HR Team comprised of 10 other members reporting to an HR Director.
Performs a variety of HR activities. Partners with, and builds strong relationships with, leaders and key decision-makers in relevant functions/divisions to optimize business success through HR initiatives. Takes a holistic approach to analyze and resolve HR issues and proposes effective solutions.
You will provide coaching and counsel to business leaders and employees. Brings best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making. Applies general understanding of all areas of human resource programs and policies, including Employee Relations, Engagement, Talent Management and Development, Total Rewards, HR Systems, and data analysis, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends. Able to develop and implement effective HR programs, processes, and policies. Ensures efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions.
