Ingram Micro Cloud is seeking an Integration Lead - Global Cloud Marketplace motivated to make a difference and impact/improve the partners' business operations.

The new leader will provide a range of integration options to integrate partners' systems within our cloud marketplace. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and project management skills, a tenacious problem solver to join our global team. A great communicator will guide the stakeholders in the partner's organization and understand what integration would add the highest value. The ideal candidate for this role must be agile, constantly monitoring and following the market trends. The goal will be to expand the ecosystem with integrations and expansion strategies while defining our marketplace ecosystem and increasing partner's adoption.

Job Responsibilities:                  

  • Focus on the marketplace integration capabilities to improve the partner's business operations in doing business with Ingram Micro.
  • Constantly talk to various stakeholders in the partner’s organization to understand which systems they use, and which integration will add the highest impact and value to their business
  • Follow the market trends for other platform ecosystem and their expansion with integration strategies
  • Take the identified integration from vision to execution, leading the project beginning end and then driving the adoption to drive the adoption
  • Work on expanding the ecosystem for both partners and end customers with a financial model for a long-term benefit
  • Defining the integration requirements and execution with product management as well as engineering for the successful completion of the project

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present the information around integration
  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce and cloud platform management integration
  • Ability to understand the business and technology ecosystems and how it works in an integrated way
  • Ability to define the partners, business requirements in a technical language for product management along with visual wireframes to explain in the easiest way
  • A passionate advocate for customer needs and opportunities
  • Continuously learning and adapting the approach to maximize results
  • Self-motivated and ability to set own direction
  • Inquisitive about the market and emerging trends
  • Listens to and acts on feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company

  • Identification of high impact integration for the marketplace and channel business
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Solid Technical background 
  • Successful completion of the integration with the marketplace
  • Drive the adoption of the integration with the partners on the marketplace
