Location: The employee can office and work from Buffalo, NY. Irvine, CA. Scottsdale, AZ or Greenville, SC.  No relocation assistance available.

Travel: Once cleared for travel, the expectation would be once or twice per quarter.  

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The Learning & Organization Development Manager will redesign and facilitate Ingram Micro’s core learning programs. So, what does this mean? This means we are a looking for someone that thrives being up at the front of the room (or camera!) facilitating. Someone who loves to keep their finger on the pulse in the evolving world of classroom and virtual learning experience. This role will facilitate both frontline and mid-level leadership and general development programs and will be required to interact with all levels in the organization– from team members, all the way up to our Chief Country Executive throughout the US.

The ideal L&D Manager will have an authentic and effective communication style, with prior leadership development design and facilitation experience. In addition, there are several projects you will own including but not limited to:

  • Redesign and facilitate core learning programs (initially 100% virtual transitioning to hybrid in the future), including our frontline leader training (eligible to all US associates
  • Accelerator program (formerly ADP).
  • Be a subject matter expert on adult learning, and the use of technology for learning
  • Onboarding
  • Change management
  • Learning tracks and coaching.
  • Facilitate Franklin Covey development programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 8 years demonstrated success in the design and facilitation of adult learning programs, including leadership development programs

  • Project management and change management experience
  • Working knowledge of Ingram Micro Sales and Go to Market (GTM) functions preferred
  • Ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical learning solutions
  • Experience with learning design software, SharePoint and/or intranet design a plus
  • Experience working in a global matrix sales / logistics operations environment a plus
  • Experience working with LMS is required, and experience with Workday Learning a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
