We are seeking and awesome part-time Administrator – 10am – 3pm daily. This is the perfect role to come back into the workforce or facilitate studying with not being full time.

What you’ll do

You will be here to  support Ingram Micro Australia in achieving its vision through administration, and office related support. Based in our Rosebery Sydney Office. In this ever evolving, fast paced and changing environment, duties and responsibilities should follow process and this associate should continually look for ways to evolve and improve processes wherever possible.

  •  Administration support to include - Invoicing/Payment processing
  • Business Support - Coordinate to ordering of Business Cards
  • Company Communication
  • Facilities management
  • Business Projects management in support of Executive Assistant
  • Travel arrangements where needed
  • Manage couriers

What you’ll bring

A ‘How can I help you be successful?’ mindset and want to help others and the wider Leadership team and Executive Assistant who is an epic manager!!

  •  2 years experience in a large corporate with excellent organisation skills
  • Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
  • Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be responsive to the changing needs of the team, office and business, and to any issues that arise.
  • Work effectively with team/work group or those outside the formal line of authority (e.g. peers, Senior Managers) to accomplish organisational goals.
  • Keep management and others informed appropriately and as required about work status.
  • Take actions that respect the needs and contributions of others.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance organisational processes.
  • Have a strong ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to pitch in.
  • Have a good sense of humour and be adaptable to change.
