Ingram Micro’s Content & Digital Marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that will support our Trust X Alliance program. This is an individual contributor role with responsibilities including the development and execution of the communication plans supporting the Trust X Alliance Community- Ingram Micro’s global network of industry- best-resources within the IT channel.

This is an ideal role for someone that has gained some professional experience in general aspects across content development and digital marketing that is ready to take the next step in their career.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate and work closely with the Ingram Micro Trust X Alliance team, members, manufacturer partners, and other members of the marketing team to develop content and digital strategies to achieve community goals and objectives
  • Ensure all communications are in-line with the Trust X Alliance mission, vision and values
  • Utilize knowledge across many overlapping disciplines, including content marketing, social media management, paid advertising, email and marketing automation, SEO and web and data analytics as well as digital marketing for events
  • Leverage data-based insights, continually optimizing for success and demonstrating ROI
  • Maximize efficiency and collaboration in the building and maintenance of consistent branding and communications across marketing channels

What you bring to the role:

  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience in
  • Must have experience developing content and support of various digital platforms
  • Hands-on experience in channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing, editing and content development
  • Intermediate Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of email and marketing automation via tools such as Eloqua
  • Experience developing communications plans and editorial calendars
  • Ability to lead with vision, innovate, influence others, collaborate and champion change
  • Ability to be agile, prioritize the management of multiple projects and meet tight timelines
