This Vendor Manager will support our vendor : Ruckus
- Developing & executing the strategic go-to-market plans for the targeted products/services.
- Intimate understanding of the financial drivers and KPI’s of the strategic plan.
- Aligning the strategic plan with Marketing and setting the plan in motion.
- Providing Sales with the guidance and enablement for the strategic plan to ensure execution.
- Partnering with Product Development and Business Ops. to ensure alignment to the strategic plan, including pricing decisions.
- Adjusting the strategic plan for new product launches and competitive landscape changes.
- Vendor relationship management
- Exceeding the Revenue and Profit plans for the targeted products/services
Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
Work as liaison between vendors and organization; provides specialized consultative service and implementing, driving and maintaining vendor programs, marketing, and training; review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and communicate with vendors regarding day-to-day matters; build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor vendor performance; research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies. .
