Associate II, Customer Support Bilingual French English | Customer Service Engagement Representative Bilingual French English, Operations


Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient individual that can deliver outstanding customer service by working closely with other team members and departments to answer customer questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting post-sales inquiries.

Responsible for answering incoming calls, incoming emails, investigating post-sales transactions with internal/external departments, and data processing of invoice discrepancies and inventory returns.

Requirements:

Education:
High School Diploma, or GED, some college preferred
Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferred experience in the technology industry or a call center environment
Knowledge of: professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care.

Strong verbal, written, and grammatical English/French communication skills 

Ability to: multi-task, responds to rapid change; organize, prioritize and perform work with moderate supervision.
