What You’ll Do:

We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated Product Manager with experience in Data Capture and Point of Sale to join our team to focus on providing all relevant product information, promotions, pricing to support our sales team.

While you will be performing administrative and sales support focused work, your role will organically grow with our high performing team.

  • Supply of pricing information and product availability, lead times, specifications to ensure all information is accurate, updated and accessible to all sales and support staff
  • Communicate product information and supply status to re-sellers
  • Inventory/forecasting and reporting activities
  • Sales support, claims administration and reconciliation of MDF plans
  • Execution of marketing of our product vendors.

 

Preferred Skills:

Someone who can drive Ingram Micro’s value proposition and further cement our position of Market Leaders. To be successful you will ideally have vendor focused (single or multiple) product manager or category manager role however candidates with strong vendor sales and administrative focused roles will be considered:

  • Data Capture and or Point of Sale Industry experience highly desirable but not a pre-requisite
  • Strong inventory management and demand planning experience
  • Experience in tactical and strategic marketing plans of assigned products
  • Knowledge of local market needs, trends, and technologies
  • Proven experience developing core business along with introducing value-add solutions
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines & work autonomously
  • Minimum intermediate level working with Excel, PPT, and MS Office365 products
  • Presentation skills at C level with aptitude for negotiating, communicating and relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders
