About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to provide direct leadership and coaching of all assigned personnel in the various areas of our distribution centre and is responsible for managing and delegating to the daily functions to ensure the achievement of daily and longer term business goals.

The Warehouse Supervisor will direct and prioritise workflow to meet volume and capacity requirements. Also be responsible for ensuring frequent communication with the team through the use of daily huddles and toolbox meetings.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring productivity Metrics are met
  • Maintaining quality standards
  • Providing a safe working environment
  • Developing associates
  • Meeting all SLA's and ensuring a service mentality is maintained

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • A minimum of Certificate IV in Warehousing and Logistics or equivalent experience in a Supervisory role
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a fast distribution or warehousing environment
  • Previous experience leading a team in a fast paced distribution or production environment
  • Subject Matter expertise in Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
