Position Summary:
  • You will be working with the Manager of Partner Enablement and business leaders to drive forward the platform development roadmap of surveys, reporting, dashboards, and closed loop customer feedback processes.
  • You will be helping to define, develop, implement and manage partner engagement tools, strategies and programs to increase partner satisfaction and enable company strategic goals.
  • You will be “thinking and doing” in this role – an active participant in design and execution of the platform and processes, while building in accountability mechanisms across multiple groups.
  • Assessing requirements platform implementation across internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with organizational strategic goals.
  • Partnering with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives where applicable.
  • Using quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
  • Researching industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices.
  • May develop literature and train key users on new processes.

  • Mid-level professional individual contributor with a background in customer experience / project team is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with high attention to detail. 
  • Loves solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.
