We are seeking a highly experienced Relationship Manager to join our business and awesome team.

This Canberra-based role is newly established, so the world is your oyster here to make a true difference and accelerate your career.  We are looking for someone that wants to make a difference in the business.

What you’ll do

We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated, driven, Relationship Manager who will be committed to managing and growing key national and mid VAR partners in the ACT region alongside identifying new partners.   

  • Developing & implementing strategies to win and grow revenue within a new & existing customer base.
  • Identifying new areas of opportunity for partners and assisting to create new offerings to market.
  • Developing, building & converting a solid pipeline for short, medium & long-term sustainable growth.
  • Manage & report your territory forecast and pipeline management in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • 6 monthly Territory plans
  • Partner business reviews
  • Upsell & Cross Sell Opportunities
  • Represent the company to the partner & your partners to the company in all sales-oriented activities
  • Be able to sell the Ingram value and offerings to existing and new partner base.
  • Creating & nurturing strategic relationships with both customers & aligned vendors.
  • Building and maintaining optimal engagement and close plans to maximise profitability
  • Having a ‘thinking outside of the box’ attitude to developing value add sales engagements to take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.

What you’ll bring

Someone who can drive Ingram Micro’s value proposition and further cement our position of Market Leaders. To be successful you will ideally have:

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales within the Technology Industry
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills; Oral, written. Digital, Social and Presentation Skills
  • The ability to attract & recruit new partners in the ACT region, build relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Proven experience delivering solutions focused on business outcomes
  • The ability to plan ahead & forecast accurately
  • A hunger and drive to be part of a high-performance sales culture
  • Ability to work independently and within the larger team.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Focus on acquiring new partners
  • Ability to support back-end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, delivery follow up etc.
