As we are continually growing and developing our Licensing specialist Sales team.  A role has become available due to continued staff development we have a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader with an awesome fun culture.


What you’ll do

As the Licensing Account Manager, you will be driven to support our Relationship Managers to drive incremental growth in Software and Cloud vendors within the National and Global Accounts Branch.

  • Strong account management acumen
  • Support transactional “licensing” business within a customer base which has strong vendor representation
  • Manage sales opportunities & accept joint responsibility for achieving budgets
  • Following up on quote requests, facilitation of smooth operational experience, providing administrative guidance and customer communication.
  • Identify opportunity to add additional value to customer base through enablement, operational improvements, vendor training
  • Develop & maintain relevant vendor relationships
  • Maintain knowledge of vendor product fundamentals and licensing structures.

 What you’ll bring

 A ‘How can I help you be successful today’ attitude and team player spirit.

  • 2- 5 years experience within the IT industry
  • Exposure to Licensing sales a real bonus
  • Ability to work well with all types of people at all levels in business
  • Hard working with strong business ethics
  • Strong desire to sell and be successful in key goals set
  • Understanding the reseller channel model.
  • Understanding software licensing business
  • Relationship building skills
