Vendor Business Manager, Cyber Security

This position is responsible for developing and facilitating profitable partnerships and strategic management of the vendor relationship; driving business for a particular vendor (Cyber Security-focused); communicating business plans through the Customer Management group and Marketing; Setting strategic direction for the Vendors within their portfolio.

Recommend new vendor opportunities for incremental sales; offer feedback on the competition. Relay this knowledge along with their industry expertise into a competitive advantage for Ingram Micro

 About You

  • Quick learner and able to connect the dots in complex environments
  • Experience working with resellers, SI, MSP, ISV, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology products and markets as well as competitive knowledge.
  • Strong sense of ownership in your work
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working with tight deadlines



Post-Secondary diploma (1-3 yrs) required; University Degree preferred.

Experience: Three to five years of related experience required; extensive knowledge of technology products and distribution channels.. especially in the cybersecurity marketplace

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time. Solid presentation skills. Organized, efficient, and flexible.
