Section 2:  Position Summary

This position is reporting to the Senior Manager-TMOD for EMEA & APAC. In this job this you will provide implementation support as well as independent, strategic viewpoint on all TMOD programs and practices in alignment with our global corporation. This job will focus on succession planning, leadership and team development, coaching, talent assessment process, employee engagement, and the use of the appropriate talent management, team and leadership tools and practices to lead leaders, teams, and organization to drive performance excellence

 

 

 

Section 3:  Responsibilities, Supporting Actions & End-Results

Major Responsibility:

 

  • You will Drive our APAC TMOD strategy and execution including vision, guiding principles, goals, and success metrics.
  • You will launch APAC leadership development programs by partnering with senior leaders and global team in facilitating and developing content for the identified learning priorities.
  • You will partner with our TMOD Leads, to drive interventions to support our culture of continuous learning and feedback transformation to drive high performance and engagement.
  • You will support senior leaders on leading the Talent Assessment Process and facilitates the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders, and managers on succession plans and talent mobility. across the APAC Region
  • You will build, coach, and facilitate effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities and supporting the leaders in creating an engaged environment.

  • TMOD strategy delivery for APAC
  • Feedback on performance of TMOD Country Leads
  • External Service Providers screening and selection

  • This position is responsible for delivering the TM & OD Strategy for the entire APAC Region

 

Section 6:  Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

 

Guidelines: Provide the education, experience, skills and competencies necessary to perform the position.

 

      Bachelor’s degree required (master's degree preferred)

      A minimum of 3- 5 years demonstrated success in the strategy, design and execution of talent development programs

      You have great leadership and development consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills

      You have ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical solutions and be able to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.

      You have a great and adaptable style of communication (internal & external stakeholders), have great organizational and coordinating skills

      You are experienced with working independently, flexible and with a large and international team of talented people

      You are well educated, fluent in English and are experienced with & enjoy working with people across cultures and borders.
