This position is reporting to the Senior Manager-TMOD for EMEA & APAC. In this job this you will provide implementation support as well as independent, strategic viewpoint on all TMOD programs and practices in alignment with our global corporation. This job will focus on succession planning, leadership and team development, coaching, talent assessment process, employee engagement, and the use of the appropriate talent management, team and leadership tools and practices to lead leaders, teams, and organization to drive performance excellence

Bachelor’s degree required (master's degree preferred)
A minimum of 3- 5 years demonstrated success in the strategy, design and execution of talent development programs
You have great leadership and development consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills
You have ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical solutions and be able to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
You have a great and adaptable style of communication (internal & external stakeholders), have great organizational and coordinating skills
You are experienced with working independently, flexible and with a large and international team of talented people
You are well educated, fluent in English and are experienced with & enjoy working with people across cultures and borders.
