Customer Service Representative

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and focused Customer Service Representative to join our hard working and successful CLS Spark business unit, supporting their retail channels. Based in Albany and reporting to the Customer Service and Supply Manager, we are looking for a self-driven, go-getter, prepared to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

About You:

  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Fantastic customer service and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Good keyboard skills combined with knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications
  • Previous customer service and/or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.

The Role:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Receiving and processing orders, efficiently and accurately
  • Providing order status updates
  • Developing strong customer relationships
  • Identifying potential process improvements and business opportunities

Working with a close knit, dynamic and fun team. It is expected that the role will be operating between Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
