Business Analyst - Cloud Sales Operations

Your role:

  • Identify sales process pain points and sales vs non-sales activities, look for creative ways to remove steps out of the process and automate.
  • Serve as the process leader for all transformation initiatives, identify overlapping scope and missions, be the expert.
  • Develop, track and report progress on KPIs including headlights for course correction.
  • Organize and lead moderate to complex projects and business process improvement efforts to a successful conclusion

What you bring to the role:

  • 4 + years of experience leading sales transformation initiatives for a large enterprise.
  • Successfully worked in a global environment standardizing process to gain efficiencies
  • An organized mindset, resourceful, and the ability to get things done.
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or relevant additional experience in a related field.
  • MBA desirable. Experience working in Technology,
  • Formal project management training (e.g. PMI-PMBOK certification) and/or six sigma certification (green or black belt)
