Business Analyst - Cloud Sales Operations 

Join the fast pace cloud business unit of Ingram micro and make a difference for customers and our sales teams.   How do we help the sales force….we streamline and standardize processes, we automate, we use BI to provide insights at the right time/right place for better discussions and decisions.    This process transformation leader role works across borders solving marketplace and execution challenges, which impacts the bottom line and the customer experience.    

Your role:

  • Identify sales process pain points and sales vs non-sales activities, look for creative ways to remove steps out of the process and automate.
  • Take raw data from a variety of sources and develop visualizations via dashboards to tell a story or surface new opportunities for business growth
  • Serve as the process leader for all transformation initiatives, identify overlapping scope and missions, be the expert.
  • Develop, track and report progress on KPIs including headlights for course correction.
  • Organize and lead moderate to complex projects and business process improvement efforts to a successful conclusion

What you bring to the role:

  • 4 + years of experience leading sales transformation initiatives for a large enterprise, experience working in Technology Industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience required
  • Experience creating data visualization dashboards with Power BI
  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Successfully worked in a global environment standardizing process to gain efficiencies
  • An organized mindset, resourceful, and the ability to get things done.
  • Formal project management training (e.g. PMI-PMBOK certification) and/or six sigma certification (green or black belt)
