Job Responsibilities:

HR Generalist, is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Global Cloud HR team. The duties include HRIS report generation, data gathering and analysis, creating and managing consistent on-boarding program for new hires, drafting employee engagement communications, and collaborating with other members of the department on projects.

Data-decision Maker-uses technology to improve operational efficiency, collaborate/connect with employees, and leverage information and analytics for insights and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements: 

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of HR experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
  • Action-Oriented always driving result
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced sales/technology environment
