Ingram Micro Mississauga is in hiring mode and we are seeking a contract Warehouse Recruiter (talent acquisition) to support our warehouse distribution recruitment over the next few months!
The Recruiter will be on a contract until the end of October/early November 2021- we are looking for a 100% commitment
THIS IS AN ONSITE role, located at our 401 & Hurontario facility - we are an essential service facility with the proper Health & Safety protocol in place
The Recruiter would work with our HR Field Manager to support our warehouse contract recruitment activity. Resume screening, phone interviews, booking in candidates with our warehouse managers/supervisors, managing the onboarding process (conduct criminal. checks, packaging the onboarding letter & documents, presenting the offer, arranging first-day orientation) essentially managing the process until the associate contractor starts on day one.
This is high volume recruitment, we will average 35-40 hires per week. As recruitment support may slow down – there will be an opportunity to assist with ad hoc HR office support.
This role will afford you LOTS of exposure to the business operations and the HR team.
We are located in the 401/Hurontario area, and the hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Interviews will be being over the course of the next 1 to 2 weeks, our goal is to have someone in place by early May.

The incumbent will bring 1-2 years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced warehouse distribution centre/manufacturing environment.
