About the Team

The ISG Integration Program Management team supports a wide range of customers.  Their business flows through the ISG Integration Center manufacturing environment to move raw components to finished good order, which ship to the customer direct, the customer designated distributor or direct to the end user.  The Program Management team is the face of Ingram to the customer and the first point of contact in account support.  The resource will also serve a dual role in supporting new customer onboarding, which provides a Project Management methodology to new customers, while simultaneously developing a sustainable program by which the customer experience will be positive and leveraged across net-new customer engagements.


Position Summary:

Responsible for managing day to day activities for new customers in a fast paced, global, computer product manufacturing operation.  Responsible for tactical execution in the design and delivery of project/program management policies and practices specific to new and existing customer and program activity.  Ensures best practices are leveraged across projects, programs, regions and business units.  Guide program management strategy and execute key deliverables in collaboration with leadership.  Responsible for executing project and/or program goals utilizing best practices to achieve results.  Responsible for ensuring projects and/or programs are executed in the most efficient manner relative to budget, technology and human capital resources.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of new customers and programs through the onboarding process, ensuring delivery of on-time and on-budget projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures project and program support is allocated appropriately to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders and others on development and delivery of projects and programs.
  • Utilizes Operational Excellence techniques to define, develop and execute improvements
  • Functions as an internal consultant to service owners to deliver project and program management tools, methodologies and effective facilitation tools.
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and new methods in project/program management.
  • Point of Contact customer extension
  • Manage internal and externally facing pricing (i.e. quotes, EOL, price changes)
  • Backlog and order management duties (i.e. material availability, WIP, ESD’s)
  • Bill of material management (i.e. available, last time buys, changes)
  • Supply chain management (i.e. forecasts, sourcing, lead time, aged, disposition)
  • Navigate the Ingram resource pool to enhance customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Distinguishing Characteristics

  • Project/Program management experience in an EMS or contract manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in customer facing communication – written, verbal and presentation
  • PMP and/or experience with MS Project or equivalent toolset
  • Project plan development experience
  • Experience in contract and SOW fundamentals
  • Process and detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
