Field-based Systems Engineer
In this field-based role, you would work as part of our wider technical services team providing technical support skills to customers both on-site and remotely.
At Comms-care we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our customers. This role will give you an opportunity to develop existing skills working on a variety of projects and break-fix calls. You will receive initial training and on-going development.

Location: Field Based – Birmingham / Coventry (Midlands)
On a day-to-day basis, you are focused on installing and supporting network devices, PCs and Servers for our customers. Additional tasks include remote and on-site troubleshooting, facilitating customer adds, moves & changes, customer rollouts and other project-based installs. There will also be an On-Call requirement of no more than 1 week in 5.
Knowledge of the following would be advantageous:
To be successful in this role previous office or field-based networking experience is advantageous. Knowledge of networking is essential and ideally you will have CCNA or be working towards this certification or equivalent level of experience/ knowledge.
Alternatively Microsoft MCP/MCSA or CompTIA A+, Network + would be an advantage to any application.
