About the position -

Operational duties

Responsible for developing & launching L&D Strategy

  • Align with Business Strategy and create learning milestone for India
  • Learning and Development Metrics with each Business Goals
  • L&D Calendar to be constructed and implemented in tandem with business priorities
  • To define objectives for all L&D interventions and agree on Success Measures with country head and HR Head for all the strategic initiatives based on 70-20-10 Model
  • Present L&D Monthly reports from Workday learning & LinkedIn learning and define areas of improvement with key take away in the dashboard for enabling business decisions
  • Define L&D Individual & Team goals for 2021 aligned with Global/Regional/Country
  • Lead and drive a culture of high performance
  • Support business leaders on the Talent Assessment process and facilitate overall implementation
  • Create an engaged and learning environment through various initiatives
  • Drive complete performance management cycle – from Goal setting – mid-year review and final evaluation
  • Partnering with the global team in facilitating and developing content for the identified learning priorities

  • You have proven demonstrated success in defining the strategy, design, and execution of talent development programs

Years of experience: 15+ years as a learning and development professional

Education: Master’s in Marketing/ HR

Other skills: Influencing, Critical Thinking, Marketing & Social Media expert (pro in using Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
