Description

Upgrade your talent by:

  • Acting as the key point of escalation for the associates on the team (SME)
  • Ensuring team objectives are met according to requirements e.g.: SLA’s
  • Monitoring performance of the team, to an associate level
  • Making recommendations on process improvement related projects
  • Holding regular team meetings to identify priorities for the team and/or specific associates
  • Maintaining staffing levels
  • Ensuring new associates are properly trained before taking live work
  • Preparing regular and/or ad-hoc reporting on team performance        
  • Conducting regular 1:1 discussions with associates to provide feedback and coaching on performance
  • Preparing annual performance reviews
  • Making recommendations on regularization of associates
  • Decisions on initiating operational processes improvement projects or programs

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Official education or training requires such as degrees, courses or study, certifications:
  • Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
  • 3-4 years previous Sales/Licensing support experience is an asset;
  • Written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to advise management and staff of status on work and potential issues;
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization;
  • Ability to generate a common drive in the team to get the job done;
  • Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minor direction from management, apply judgement in particular situations;
  • Proven ability to achieve results through monitoring and influencing others;
  • Proven management skills, meets deadlines;
  • Detailed oriented and analytical;
  • Proactive, self-starter;
  • Knowledge of general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel);
