Our Human Resources Business Partner, we believe, is a Talent Scout, a Coach and a Counsellor.

It is the person who can open the door to many of our future superstars.

Never heard of Ingram?

Our children are learning coding at school so imagine what the world would be like in the next ten years.  Okay….so Ingram are not the young, hip start up that is driving innovation in tech, in fact we have been around longer than the age of many of our associates.  However, the IT industry has many valuable players in the channel, think of us as the Tim Cahill (Football Legend) of the IT industry.  Trusted, Passionate, and Dominate.  We add value to the industry by our broad reaching knowledge of all the other players on the field.  We partner with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, IBM and work with our resellers to build the right solution for the end user.

But what would you be doing?

We are looking for someone to take the next leap into their HR career and grow on their already strong business partnering base. Already been doing an HR Business Partner or Advisor role for 3-5 years but ready to take on more ownership in the HR team, reporting to the HR Director of ANZ? Then this is the right position for you.

We want someone that loves to be autonomous and can think fast then act fast.  Has a learning mindset and is curious about how data interacts with HR decisions. To have the creative gene to think outside of the box, come up with new programs with the main objective to bring on and grow the future innovators and disruptors to the world of Ingram. Day to day true partnering is what we are looking for as you will be working with specific client groups across ANZ.  You will also be working closely with our Talent team and our OD team to bring in and foster the best talent in the market. You will be a good relationship builder, have strong communication skills and you will be hands on in your approach.

As our Global Leader of HR points out, HR are not just experts of people, we are business degree holders that majored in HR.  Therefore, knowing how businesses operate and how all the cogs work within a business structure, we are there to consult and help them be the best we can.

This role offers challenge, mentor opportunities and plenty of room to develop skills. We are based in Rosebery but offer flexible working options.
