Supervisor, Technical Support:
  • Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistances whenever needed
  • Establish performance metrics and ensures goals, objectives and metric targets are achieved
  • Ensure optimum productivity and service level goals aree maintained at all times
  • Takes measures to improve performance providing input to training
  • Manages focus groups, analyzing feedback and provide recommendations to improve processes
  • Promote synergistic teamwork with business support team ensuring that all data is accurate and complete on time
  • Ensure that employee satisfaction is high, develop and maintain effective performance management
  • Coaches Supervisors assigned to his/her group to achieve organizational success
  • Manages and conducts formal performance assessment of assigned Supervisors and Associates
  • Identifies areas where additional training is needed
  • Reviews job descriptions and recommend updates as needed
  • Coach, Develop and mentor subordinates
  • Assist in recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities
  • Rewards and recognizes top performing associates
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with Partners and continuously striving to improve the level of overall service
  • Identifies issues through evaluation of Partner feedback and make recommendations to eliminate future occurrences
  • Manages activities related to problem resolution. Respond to customer issues/concern with sense of urgency
  • Actively looks for opportunities to develop new ideas to positively impact existing methods, services, or products
  • Targets performance improvements while analyzing systems and processes
  • Understands, analyzes, and documents cost/benefit analysis where appropriate
  • Understand and analyze trend reports to make sure proper coverage is implemented
  • Involvement in business reviews and other meetings as a representative of their process
