A Customer Support Professional primary goal is ensuring customers have their product questions answered and technical issues addressed. While this role involves a variety of different skills, the primary focus is to work with customers to provide solutions for their continued success.


Who you are?

You are a passionate Customer Support Specialist who will collaborate with all members of the Success Team, ensuring the long-term success of our customers. You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and company goals

 
Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales order loading
  • Creation of purchase orders and contracts for services.
  • Customer order tracking
  • Track purchases from factories
  • Coordination of dispatches to clients
  • Coordination with transport and warehouse
  • Attention to customer inquiries according to assigned portfolio
  • Generation of reportability to client.
  • KPI measurement.
  • Billing Issuance
  • Management of commercial terms foreign trade

Your background:

  • Professional career in Commercial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Electrical or Mechanical
  • 5 Years of experience in similar positions
  • English (mandatory)
  • SAP (user level - mandatory)
  • Excel advanced level (mandatory)
  • Experience in generating contracts / Purchase orders
  • Experience in managing customer accounts
