Position Summary:

  • Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on Billing and Auditing of generated billings.
  • Responsible for processing receivables, ensuring timely and accurate billings to improve revenue accruals for fiscal period end purposes.
  • Responsible for maintaining accounts and records in various accounting functions.
  • Collects and analyzes financial data and prepares reports and recommendations.
  • Codes, enters and prepares invoices; responds to customer inquiries.
  • Analyzes account performance, make recommendations to release orders on past due accounts.
  • Reviews custom billed invoices in detail prior to Manager approval.
  • Through understanding of Business Partners’ aging, terms, rates, and other key specific data to ensure current and/or future billings are accurate.
  • Ensures procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives. 

Job Requirements: 

  • A college degree with 5 years of AR/Billing experience
  • 3-4 years of AR, billing and or accounting experience
