Position overview:

CloudBlue is looking for a Service Delivery Manager that will report into the Managed Services organization. The SDM will have responsibility for all aspects of planning and delivering CloudBlue managed services and professional services activities to our customers whilst ensuring the long-term success of strategic customers.

Candidates are expected to have a working knowledge of technology and be comfortable in defining and executing technical delivery plans on project and program level. Candidates must be able to understand, plan and manage all aspects of work needed to successfully define, develop and test platforms, solutions and services in the SaaS and XaaS domain, bring them into production and operationally transfer to the client including change management and service delivery projects.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements management and scope control
  • Project execution and delivery
  • Internal and external communication, including C-Level
  • Successfully initiate projects internally and externally
  • Develop and communicate project plans
  • Manage a portfolio of ongoing delivery projects
  • Plan and manage lead cross-functional teams (Customers, Pre-sales/Solution Architects, Engineering, Product Management, Support)
  • Regular reporting to customers and internal stakeholders on technical and commercial levels
  • Change management
  • Service Delivery quality: metrics, surveys, QBR…
  • Customer Experience and Continuous Service Improvement

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
  • At least 3 years leading global projects: defining scope, identifying risk, monitoring timelines and reporting
  • Led and managed in-house and offshore multi-disciplinary project teams
  • High level of English (written and verbal)
  • Agile Development Methodology
  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira

  • Knowledge of infrastructure and SDLC
  • Process Oriented
  • Can-do attitude
  • Clear communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Ready to work in a global company, with different cultures and time-zones

 

Nice to Have:

  • PMP Certified Project Manager
  • ITIL Global Process experience
  • Experience managing large e-commerce marketplace and\or data center projects would be ideal
  • Project Technologies: Data Centers, Cloud Technologies, eCommerce Marketplaces, CRM, Support Services
  • Project experience with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS
