About the Role

The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for preparing and reporting on Operational metrics  including  volume, productivity,Global KPI’s,financial metrics including cost per line, storage saturation and utilization and other defined KPI’s to support the Ingram Micro business

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering data, and compiling daily reporting for use by the Operations team
  • Conducting testing on system enhancements
  • Conducting data analysis and making recommendations around both systemic and operational improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating across all areas of the business to ensure data integrity
  • Identifying trends and highlighting these trends to the relevant stakeholders
  • Building easy to use and highly informative dashboards

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Bachelors Degree is Business, Supply Chain or similar
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to draw logical conclusions from data
  • Previous experience in a Logistics Analyst or similar style role
  • Extensive exposure to an Operations environment, ideally within an FMCG environment
  • Highly developed skills using Business Intelligence applications such as Power BI
  • Advanced skills using MS Office in particular MS Excel
