About the Role

The Operations Super User will be responsible for providing guidance, support and training on key Operational systems across the Operations team along with conducting testing on new releases and highlighting opportunities that can be resolved through systemic change

You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving system issues at an operational level
  • Conducting testing on system enhancements
  • Training and developing both permanent and casual associates on system use
  • Ensuring system changes are aligned to legislative requirements
  • Reviewing work instructions to ensure that correct systemic steps are followed

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • 5 + years experience within a Warehousing environment
  • 3 + years experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally IM First, IM Driven and Exacta
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • An ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing
  • Currently holds or is willing to obtain Certification from IATA in Dangerous Goods or other equivalent certification
  • Ability to work across multiple functional areas
