What you will be doing?

 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • 400 customer care hotline
  • RMA management
    • Branch management: Beijing, Shanghai & Guangzhou;
    • Inventory management;
    • Service level and KPI measurement;
  • Reporting
  • Support to new business
  • Optimization of operating process

 

What you will need to succeed?

 

  • Bachelor degree& above;
  • More than 5 years related working experiences of customer service
  • Well analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Mature, professional, independent, time management;
  • High proficiency of English;
