Solutions Architect

You will……

Take technical lead on all sales opportunities in EMEA region.   You will be supporting Account Executives (AE’s) and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and reporting into the Head of Presales.  Although the AE’s will own the sales process and the target, you will be absolutely critical to the success of the sales process – Prospects should choose CloudbluePSA because of you! In turn, the presales/sales team are critical to the success of CloudblubluePSA and wider Ingram Micro team.

CloudbluePSA is experiencing huge growth as it is now positioned as a central part of Ingram Micro’s technology offering to its 100k+ partners.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be able to…

  • Deliver impactful product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of the software


  • Build, test and present complex configurations of Cloudblue PSA.


  • Work closely with the sales team to understand, in detail, what it will take to complete a sale and successful implementation for each customer.


  • Own training/education of internal stakeholders within region.


  • Be the regional/local expert for best practice for customers and internal stakeholders. Including local laws, software integrations and cultural differences.


  • Help educate customers on the value of PSA and digital transformation throughout the sales cycle


  • Navigate key decision makers to build CloudbluePSA awareness within organizations


  • Supporting region sales lead with any new initiatives and feeding back and learnings to Head of SA

Who you are…..

An excellent communicator, explaining complex processes and custom solutions is easy to you.  Every sale we make is a project and you will be technical lead on the project.  You will thrive working alone on complex, macro problems and be equally excellent working as part of the wider project team.  You will be the main reason that customers choose CloudbluePSA – Your creativity and imagination will find innovative solutions to customers problems and your amazing presentation skills will make it clear that there is only one choice for them.  The sales team will handle all the sales processes and negotiations and they will probably take all the credit, but you will know important you are to every sale and you will be comfortable in this supporting role.


You should have


  • 5+ years experience selling complex, cross functional software. E.g. PSA, ERP, CRM. Similar experience will be considered, e.g. Networking, cyber security.


  • Knowledge and experience with Cloud (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/DBaaS), Technology Business Management, and Application Portfolio Management.


  • API experience.


  • Excellent communication, influence, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.


  • Experience selling into, or working closely with IT companies.

Business Wisdom: Understanding of the customers business outcomes and how you can support them.
