Essential responsibilities of your role:  

  • Elaborate key customer information and reports, so that they could be presented to our customers
  • Analyze data to conclude on customer performance, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
  • Participate and develop day-to-day engagement with customers
  • Participate in specific projects for customers 

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:  

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. 
  • Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Solid interpersonal skills to be able to engage with customers
  • Critical analysis that can lead to actions and overall service improvement
