We are searching for a new Cisco Certified Technical Consultant to join our team as we continue to grow our vendor and channel partners market share. With this expansion in mind, there is opportunity to join our team in a technical capacity to liaise with clients, design and build custom configurations, and ensure our quote desk have the support they require to support our customers.

What you’ll do

You will partner with our customers to understand their full requirements, create and design unique solutions and champion our product range. Our team is customer service focused, and solutions orientated. Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Designing compatible and fit for purpose solutions
  • Accurate quotation and advice by utilizing quote tools and vendor provided resources
  • Facilitating the introduction of products, programs, including services technology capabilities
  • Driving the sale of technical products, programs and/or services
  • Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Ensure competitive pricing and opportunities with vendors
  • Proactively work with the existing outbound pre-sales to provide best possible solution
  • Learn and Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services and its associated key competitive products
  • Showcase your knowledge technology advantages including technical certification
  • Energetically contributing to our team culture and strategy

What you’ll bring

  • Expansive knowledge in Cisco products and technologies
  • CISCO Certification (CCNA, CCDA)
  • Previous experience with Cisco Tools (CCW, CSCC etc)
  • Sales intuition to take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure, adapt and be flexible to work demands
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork
