ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Interact with team; ensure work flows smoothly.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail.
  • Ensure specific processes, procedures, and methods for each customer return is followed properly.
  • Perform electronic diagnostic repairs on point-of-sale equipment. 
  • This includes but is not limited to performing software injection, diagnosing electronic components as related to the functionality of terminals. 
  • Refurbishing equipment to meet customer quality standards. 
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining the company quality goal.  

 

  • Must supply copy of updated resume with this form.
  • Must have been in current position for 6 months.
  • Cannot have above a written warning in progressive discipline policy.
  • Must have proven acceptable attendance record.
  • 2-3 years of electronic/diagnostic experience desired.
  • Must possess ability to perform board level soldering.
  • Experience with Outlook, Windows.
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team of technicians.
  • Ability to work in secure environment and maintain security guidelines
