Role Description

  • Helps Develop and Implement the CloudBlue Partner program
  • Collaborates with other GTM stakeholders to build a partner enablement plan
  • Supports in the definition of the Partner compensation and rewards plan
  • Supports WW Sales and Product Marketing teams for all aspects of channel engagement
  • Engages with the Channel Program Management team to build a cohesive set of Partner assets
  • Engages CloudBlue Marketing to build marketing assets to enable partner campaigns
  • Secures buy in from CloudBlue markets on channel enablement plans
  • Develops programs and frameworks to motivate partners across the entire CloudBlue product & solution portfolio

Experience

At least 7+ years of professional experience and at least cumulative 5 years in sales or marketing to Large Enterprise customers

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strategic Thinker capable building forward looking plans
  • Ability to communicate simply
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills. Proficient copywriter
  • Understanding of Partner Journey, Online marketplaces, Everything-as-a-service and a well-developed viewpoint the evolution of the IT industry channel
  • Ability to build trust and relations with peers and cross functional teams
  • International experience desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering projects with significant change management and complexity in business, markets or the change itself.
  • Prior experience in implementing initiatives using Digital Platforms for reseller enablement and Sell through partners essential
  • Channel Sales or Channel Marketing experience a must
