Position Summary:

The Business Analyst provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps the IaaS team drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You’ll be focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

You will be contributing towards identifying and managing the core financial and revenue performance drivers that IaaS leadership rely upon to understand business growth and performance trends in our global business. You will partner with Business Intelligence, Sales, Billing and others teams to identify the insights required to understand, manage, and grow the IaaS business and develop solutions at scale.

  • Analyzes revenue data to assist in the development of solutions which are fully aligned with overall business goals.
  • Take raw data and develop visualizations via dashboards to tell a story or surface new opportunities for business growth
  • Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business activities.
  • Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Partner with multiple departments using data to determine potential changes.
  • Present findings to leadership teams in a formal setting

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience.
  • Experience creating data visualization dashboards with Power BI
  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • Be able to solve business problems and influence others using data.
  • Knowledge and business acumen, reporting to VP
