Leading a team of project management professionals accountable for identifying, planning, executing, monitoring, and managing activities of process improvement and implementations using industry best practices and company standards.
Ensures that work activities are properly defined, planned, and executed to achieve desired outcomes that are in alignment with business strategy and provide measurable benefits.
Direct large project implementations and functionally manage project teams, and coordinate with local business and other company operational teams.
What You Bring to the Role:
Owns the engagement with the business and customer to define and align the detailed planning, and lead the execution , billing of the final plan for all varieties of projects; proactively manages milestones and deliverables; drives visibility and accountability throughout the team.
Drives delivery on project milestones and ensures completion of objectives (ensures follow-up, defines mitigation plans, identifies potential risks) using well-defined project methodology approach and clear communication.
Team Management & Development:
Contribute to strategic planning and achievement of the team goals by developing initiatives and solutions to improve application quality, process and scalability in a resource (people and systems) effective manner.
Provide direction to staff, including the ability to understand and drive strategic direction, ensure accurate and complete detail on process and program creation and ensure positive P&L impact.
Promote the consistent application of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) project management methodologies, producing high-performing associates, who can be relied upon to rapidly execute corporate initiatives.
Identify and provide training opportunities to further strengthen competencies in support of strategic and growth plans
Team performance and development, satisfaction and retention:
Drives new ways of thinking to grow the program management practice and challenge current processes to drive greater adoption of Digital technologies for business improvements and benefits: assesses tools, process change/re-engineering, automation opportunities.
Leads efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge among the IM and GBS community and build strong working relationships throughout the organization focused on business partners in GBS and IM in-country partners.
Work closely with other GBS teams to ensure alignment in project deliverables and outcomes
