With the expansion of the cloud finance team, we are looking to hire an AP Accountant! 

Job Overview:

  • Full-cycle accounts payable process, from invoice entry to payment
  • Review all invoices for accuracy, appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Perform 2 way- match reconciliation
  • Provide timely support for all vendor inquiries; Research and reconcile open invoices and work with vendors in a professional manner
  • Prepare AP reconciliations and aging report
  • Execute refunds once approved by Credit/Collection
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance; Experience processing in a high volume environment
  • Proficient knowledge of financial software applications (i.e. SAP,).
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and other technical software is required.
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
