What you’ll do

 

As the Online Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for the content management and promotional growth activity of our Amazon Retail business within an Australia and in line with the company and vendor revenue & gross profit budget objectives.

 

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Managing Content Enablement - Online Product Content Set Up and Maintenance across all brands
  • Activate Platform Advertising and Promotions.
  • Build expertise in Reporting and Predictive Analytics
  • Provide Category Growth Support –suggestions / expanded product
  • Maintain Pricing Governance
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Fulfilment Managers and Brand Managers across the business
  • Supporting additional Retail, Marketplace and Business Ecommerce requirements

What you’ll bring

We are seeking a highly driven and Online Merchandising Manager to join our ever-growing award winning team. 

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Online Ecommerce Sales or Retail Category Management, Digital Marketing or Management Consulting
  • 1-2+ years of external relationship management experience with a track record of being able to influence outcomes
  • Experience in leading negotiations or influencing stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners)
  • Experience with Excel or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools such as Adobe Analytics – ability to analyse large data sets to make strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software & networking products.
  • Knowledge of Australian small business purchasing behavior and business fundamentals
