We are hiring a strong, a high energy professional that has her/his mind in the evolution of Cloud services experience, and has the influence to lead internal and external stakeholders on a journey towards rapid & sustainable growth with our ecosystem of partners, vendors, and End users.

About You

You have a passion for leading at the cutting edge of IT & Cloud computing - providing transformative thought-leadership to organisations in the world’s most diverse and exciting region.

You’ll inspire your team to deliver best in class solutions, influence & thought-lead their customers, and infectiously encourage a passionate work-ethic to deliver beyond expectations. You’re proactive and have high attention to detailYou have an astute business mind, backed by technical expertise and depth. You are clear and communicative with a focus on establishing best practices.  You’re great at public speaking with strong customer presentation skills and technical acumenGiven that you will need to be the expert in our products, knowledge and experience of the cloud industry will be necessary.

What you’ll do

  • Lead & inspire a team of high-performing Solution Architects
  • Player coach, you are excited to continue you sharpen your skill set by working on your own opportunities whilst leading the team.
  • Have the executive gravitas to be a leader in the region, often seen internally and externally as the 2IC (2nd in command) to the Regional GM
  • Engage regularly with Director and C-Suite level customers
  • Oversee the adoption and implementation of CloudBlue solutions for customers
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions to help customers ensure they are making the most cost-efficient choices
  • Analyze customer business objectives and partner with your team to help shape the right solution to meet their needs
  • Perform analysis, create decks and support your team in presenting regular reviews to customer leadership
  • Be the voice of the customer, champion and advocate for customer requirements with our Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute educational content and blog posts to help customers derive more business value from the CloudBlue solution
  • Provide a next level customer experience for everyone you deal with
  • Travel as needed to ensure the success of critical customers
