Cloud Project Coordinator

The successful candidate for Cloud Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with internal clients, external vendors, and Ingram Micro/CloudBlue project teams to drive the project vision, objectives, and take ultimate ownership for delivering impactful Marketplace solutions. The candidate will also review and coordinate tasks on the project plan and deployment checklists to successfully obtain sign off from all internal and external teams. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for communicating project results, building project status dashboards, and providing full visibility by reporting on KPIs.

Supporting a high-velocity and rapidly evolving business, the candidate will feel personal ownership of project successes, and constantly seek to implement or improve processes, standards and plans that will positively impact achievement of results.

Position Summary:

  • Work in a challenging, dynamic, fast paced environment with a mindset to contribute beyond basic responsibilities and constantly look for better ways to deliver top quality solutions.
  • Work closely with Business owners, Product Managers, and the Technical and Deployment teams to facilitate successful execution of deliverables. Serve as the conduit between the Business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Work with a variety of teams, internal and external stakeholders to understand, gather information, perform gap analysis, and synthesize findings into business/functional requirements and design documents.
  • Build and maintain project plans and project schedules.
  • Document as-is and to-be business processes and user stories and aid in developing strategies and solutions.
  • Identify risks and contingencies for various activities related to the development, launch and maintenance.
  • Help to drive projects forward as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Coordinate demos, presentations, and training sessions. Liaise with internal clients to train or share information on process, requirements, or functionality of Cloud Marketplaces.
  • Assist in creating BI reports, collecting statistics and analytics on the Marketplace or Business performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Post-graduate degree, diploma or certificate in Business Analysis, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 Years working in a Project Management or Business Systems Analyst role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization (English and Spanish)
  • A well-balanced blend of technical knowledge and business expertise.
  • Experience using issue management tools and platform. Experience using knowledge management/documentation tools.
  • Skills in grooming business intelligence and visualizations by mining numerous disparate operational data sources.
