Cloud, Vendor Business Manager

We have a great opportunity available for a Cloud Vendor Business Manager.  If you have a successful track record managing complex business relationships in the tech sector while achieving financial success, this is a great chance for you to excel at something you love doing. 

This role is a unique and exciting opportunity that enables you to run your business and directly impact all the factors that dictate your success. A Cloud Vendor Business Manager is the conduit between Ingram Micro and our cloud vendors (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Google, Dropbox, RingCentral, ConnectWise, DocuSign, etc.).  They will own the overall strategy for their vendors to ensure we are aligned and achieving our financial metrics.




  • Represent Ingram Micro as the single point of contact to the cloud vendor, owning the entire business relationship
  • Develop strategic growth plans with clearly defined business objectives to achieve the desired goals
  • Prepare and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with the executive teams from both organizations to review progress and adjust goals for the upcoming period
  • Develop revenue and profit goals for specified vendors, and track and report all financial performance
  • Negotiate and track all marketing investments and back-end rebates
  • Perform health checks on vendor performance, identifying process and engagement gaps, and taking action to eliminate those gaps
  • Effectively communicate and educate vendors on the benefits of the Ingram Micro cloud strategy
  • Collaborate effectively with Ingram Micro sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams




  • University degree or College diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience in the technology sector
  • Travel up to 20% of time across North America (once restrictions are lifted)


Job Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the IT industry, the cloud landscape, distribution, and Ingram Micro’s role in each
  • Well-rounded business experience in finance, sales, marketing, operations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively
  • Ability to successfully influence others who do not have a direct reporting relationship
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving agility, demonstrated success in prioritization of competing tasks, and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
