About the Team:
DSI is a part of the Advanced Solutions, Security & Data Center Organization.
Key vendors for this role manage Citrix, IGEL, Veeam, Veritas, Acronis, Arcserve, SUSE, Lenovo
The Sr. Manager, will be responsible for both field and inside business development representatives for key vendors in our Data Center Software & Infrastructure (DSI) space.
They will manager approximately 24 team members.
(6 Field / 18 inside Sales Reps)
Looking for collaboration on technical and solution led go to market activities, developing entry level associates into account managers building partner relationships, progressing pipeline opportunities, and developing operational efficiencies across the data center vendors.
The ideal candidate will have both field and leadership experience as it is managing a variety of roles for the group.
A four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum of a 4 year degree and 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience preferably managing through subordinate managers. Mastery over subject area, ability to make significant contributions to the company
