About our Team:

Strategic Initiatives is the ‘pointy end of the spear’ managing highly material and high priority strategic and transformational Programs, Projects, and Products for the US TS (Technology Solutions) organization. 

The work is related to organizational transformation and can include management/coordination of acquisitions, projects for automation and optimization.

Our Ideal candidate overview:

  • Demonstrate leadership competencies including Strategic Insight, Innovative Thinking, Results Oriented, Collaboration, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Inspires Others, Emotional Intelligence
  • PMI certification is a plus or 4 years project management experience. 
  • Consultative experience is helpful.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative management of transformational projects.
  • Change management.
  • Working closely to lead and inspire project teams
  • Executive status communication and consultation.


Four-year college degree (or relevant experience).

Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.

Certifications: Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile

Tools and Technical: 

  • MS Suite
  • Adobe Suite
  • SharePoint
  • JIRA
