Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, PL/SQL, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS
Performance & Tuning of J2EE application
Highly knowledgeable about Business Process Management(BPM) application testing, profiling and debugging.
Good to have Omniflow/ iBPS and Omnidocs BPM application.
Understanding of enterprise application architecture and java based web applications.
Hands-on Java/J2EE programming and diagnostic experience
Database Fundamentals & Querying Microsoft SQL Database. Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL server, including the ability to write complex SQL queries
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills including the ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues and system failures.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
Experience in incident management and problem management
Strong in analytical & troubleshooting skills
Analyzes trends and plan preventive actions for the repetitive incidents depending on the nature of the problem.
Prior experience as L3/L2 level support is a plus
Must be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, capable of, providing technical solutions.
Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
